We Are PA/LTC is a public education campaign, aimed at bringing awareness to the post-acute and long-term care (PA/LTC) field, the people that practice in it, and the people who live in it and are otherwise affected by it. Who lives in PA/LTC facilities? What type of clinical, cognitive, and social states are they in? Who takes care of these people? Why did they go into the field? How can PA/LTC benefit the families and loved ones of patients? This campaign is an effort to share the voices of those whose lives have been so greatly impacted by PA/LTC.

The Society is currently accepting stories and open letters from patients, family members, health care providers, and other staff working in PA/LTC on the impact it has had on their lives.
