Hotel will make every attempt to accommodate early arrivals and late departure, however it is not guaranteed.
Cancellation & Early Departure
Cancellation of hotel rooms is the responsibility of the attendee. Deposits will be refunded for rooms cancelled more than seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival. An early departure fee of 50% of one night’s room and tax will be charged to any guest checking out before reserved checkout date.
The Union Station Hotel is located 14 miles St. Louis Lambert International Airport - STL.
Taxis are available at STL just outside Exit Door 14 in Terminal 1 and Exit Door 12 in Terminal 2. Fare is approximately $32 one way.
Meet your Uber/Lyft in the Rideshare Pick-up Areas. Terminal 1 will be at Exit Door 17, curbside and Terminal 2 will be Exit Door 12 or 14, roadway island.

All cancellations must be made in writing to the Registrar and can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org, or faxed to 410-740-4572. Cancellations must be received seven (7) days prior to the start of the course for a full refund less a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations received less than seven (7) days prior to the start of the course will result in the forfeiture of all registration fees. "No Shows" also forfeit all fees. Forfeited registration fees cannot be applied to subsequent AMDA programs.
