To guarantee the group discounted room rate, you must make your reservation no later than September 24, 2020. All reservations must be accompanied by a valid credit card or first night room deposit.

The hotel cancellation deadline is 48 hours prior to arrival, otherwise one night’s room and tax will be charged to payment type on reservation. Please note that cancellation of any room reservation is your responsibility. AMDA is not responsible for cancellation charges.
Renaissance Columbus Downtown Hotel is located just 8 miles from John Glenn Columbus International Airport (CMH).
Taxis are available at CMH on the ground transportation level of the terminal. Estimated taxi fare is $18 one way to/from the hotel.

Valet parking only is available at the hotel. The fee is $28 +tax per day. Garage clearance is 6ft 7 in. and cannot accommodate large vehicles. Please note the Society does not validate parking.
All cancellations must be made in writing to the Registrar and can be emailed to email@example.com, or faxed to 410-740-4572. Cancellations must be received seven (7) days prior to the start of the course for a full refund less a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations received less than seven (7) days prior to the start of the course will result in the forfeiture of all registration fees. "No Shows" also forfeit all fees. Forfeited registration fees cannot be applied to subsequent AMDA programs.
