This session will present information related to the Green House model of nursing home care, most notably as related to structures, processes, and outcomes of clinical care. Given that Green House nursing homes are rapidly expanding across the country, and serve as a model of small house nursing homes, the topics to be addressed in this session will be of broad interest.
