C21 - Public Listing of Medical Directors for Nursing Facilities

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that AMDA – The Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine collaborate with American Health Care Association (AHCA), LeadingAge, American Association of Retired Persons (AARP), other such consumer-centered organizations, and the United States Congress, to influence Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to promote healthcare transparency and consumer access to quality healthcare by hosting a public listing of Medical Directors of all Nursing Facilities (NFs) in the country. The listing should be organized by city, county, and state.
