BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that AMDA—The Society of Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine urge the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to start and maintain a record, by name, of each of the designated medical directors and associate medical directors of all the nation’s nursing homes, tied to the care communities they serve.
